Overview
Pvolve is a low-impact fitness method designed for women’s bodies, blending pilates, strength training, and functional movement. I was really inspired by this brand, especially by the many women who talked about improved mobility, reduced pain, and feeling strong again. It felt meaningful to work on something rooted in real results and backed by thoughtful science. Across our campaigns, we focused on three key messaging pillars: feeling stronger, looking stronger, and the value in investing in a clinically proven workout method.
Feel Stronger
Our Focus
Highlighting how Pvolve improves everyday movement, reduces aches, and helps women feel strong and independent at every stage of life.
My Role
One of the early challenges was sourcing a 50+ creator who could demonstrate that Pvolve is designed for every fitness journey. I worked with her closely to make sure I could execute multiple concepts from a bank of raw footage, then edited the pieces into several different formats.
What I Learned
I discovered that even for messaging focused on internal benefits, aspirational fitness creators doing the workouts in the hook performed best. The combination of relatability and visible strength resonated most with viewers and helped the ads convert.
Look Stronger
Our Focus
Source creators with an aspirational look that visually communicates the results quickly for the fast-scrolling audiences we were reaching. We wanted viewers to immediately see what the program delivers without heavy explanation.
My Role
When collaborating with creators, I noticed it was hard to tell if the moves were done with proper form, so I started providing clips of a few key moves as a reference. This ensured consistency, made the exercises look correct and polished, and gave creators a clear guide.
What I Learned
Providing visual references for the moves, rather than letting creators choose their own routines, improved execution and overall ad quality. Clear guidance and collaboration helped the creative shine and perform strongly.
Backed by Science, Built for You
Our Focus
Reassure women who were already interested but hesitant about the price. Highlight the Transformation Bundle, Afterpay options, and the clinical research behind the method.
My Role
I collaborated with Pvolve’s science team, edited content from the team’s doctors into clear, digestible ads, and tested different hooks to see what converted best.
What I Learned
People believed in the program, but they needed clarity on the value. Using credible, science-backed messaging in combination with clear benefits drove stronger performance.
